Molecular Networks Announces the Release of

  CORINA Version 3.4,

the world-wide recognized gold standard for 3D structure generation.


Several new features and improvements have been implemented in version 3.4 in order to extend the functionality, the usability and the range of application of CORINA.

Most Important New Features of CORINA Version 3.4
  • Several new features to manipulate and process information given in SDF data fields and comment lines in general
  • Improved handling of large molecules with more than 999 atoms or bonds
  • Improved handling of stereochemical information and generation of stereoisomers (duplicate check, spiro compounds and undefined stereo centers)
  • Addition of new structural parameters for specific atom types and substance classes (derived from an analysis of X-ray structures)
