BioPath Database

BioPath is a database containing biochemical molecules, reactions and pathways.

The first version of BioPath provided access to metabolic transformations and cellular regulations derived from the Roche Applied Science "Biochemical Pathways" wall chart.

In the meantime additional information on metabolic pathways had been extracted from the primary literature and added to BioPath.
